Building community in any group, whether faith-based or secular, can improve the overall health of the whole group as well as the individuals who make up that group. Serving others is a proven and effective approach to accomplish this task.

DHGH is delighted to host local groups to help us meet needs. Churches, service organizations, corporations, and schools in the Greenville, SC area frequently send volunteers to work with the DHGH staff. Groups are welcome to plan a half day or daylong time serving with us. There is no charge for local groups; however, since we are a non-profit organization, we are always grateful for donations.
