Group Cost Information:
There is not a charge for local groups who do not need overnight accomodations.
For groups requiring over-night accommodations, dormitory-style space is provided at a cost of $20 per person per night. Showers and a commercial kitchen are available. Hotel accommodations are also available at a cost of $25 per person per night based on 4 people per room. A breakfast buffet is provided each morninig and groups can have a private dining area. A hotel restaurant and group meeting facilities up to 100 are available. Rooms are equipped with a refigerator and microwave. The hotel is close to restaurants and a large shopping mall with food court. If kitchen facilities are needed, DHGH will make every effort to secure a facility for the group’s use during dinner.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at registration to secure the date. (This deposit will be credited towards the final balance due). $20 per person is required 90 days prior to arrival in Greenville, SC. The balance is due upon the group’s arrival in Greenville, SC.
