Diligent Hands Gracious Hearts Mission

To honor God by responding to and meeting the needs of the poor, elderly and handicapped. DHGH mobilizes, coordinates, and equips volunteers in the sharing of the love of Christ. Mission service is lived out, each day, in Greenville, South Carolina, by responding to the needs of this community in three key service areas: Residential Lawn Services, Construction & Home Repair, and Community Service Support. DHGH offers free lawn services, minor home repairs and other community service programs in Greenville County. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) ministry, and like many non-profit organizations, DHGH is dependent on sponsorships, individual and corporate donations.

Imagine living completely alone, limited to move about freely in your own home, without financial means or physical capacity to perform the most basic, daily household maintenance. With limited contact from the outside world, you go days without seeing another person. You ask yourself, “does anyone really care?” — and when visitors eventually drop by, imagine the embarrassment as you invite guests into your unkempt home.

Central Community Ministries joins Diligent Hands Gracious Hearts.

Central Community Ministries (CCM), first launched in 2001, is a not for profit ministry that works in the city of Greenville, South Carolina. On January 1, 2011, CCM merged with Diligent Hands Gracious Hearts to continue work in our communities developing relationships and identifying needs in the name of Christ.
